NSU Systems LLC wants everyone to be able to use nsusystems.com, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation.

Our goal

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities.

What we’ve done

• Used clear page structure with headings, landmarks and lists so assistive technology can navigate the page.
• Chosen text and background colors with strong contrast.
• Made every link, button and form field reachable and usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Given every form field a visible label, and announced form results to screen readers.
• Added text descriptions to meaningful images and hidden purely decorative ones from screen readers.
• Built pages that resize and reflow for phones, tablets and zoomed-in browsers without horizontal scrolling.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review our pages when we make changes and test them with automated tools and by hand. Some content, such as services provided by third parties (for example, our form delivery service or embedded maps), may not be fully within our control, but we will work with those providers where we can.
