NSU Systems LLC (“NSU Systems”, “we”, “us”) builds and maintains websites for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through nsusystems.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send a request through our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, business name, phone number, email address, whether you currently have a website, and any message you add. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type and general location, to keep the site secure and measure traffic. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To send you an automatic confirmation that we received your request.
- To reply to you and build the free website preview you asked for.
- To schedule a visit or follow up about our services.
- To understand, in aggregate, how many people visit our site.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted services to run this site: Cloudflare to host it, FormSubmit to deliver contact-form messages to our inbox, and Microsoft for our business email. These services handle your information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
